The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and peacefulness. The cottage itself had a cozy and quaint feel to it, perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The nearby walks and forests were a great opportunity to explore the area and take in the beautiful scenery.

The cleanliness of the cottage was below expectations. Cobwebs were scattered throughout the place, giving a neglected and unclean impression.

The location of the property is perfect, nestled next to the scenic river Glass in a quiet and private estate. the cottages are well-equipped, with big windows allowing plenty of natural light to come in. the wood burner and ample supply of firewood ensure a cozy and warm atmosphere. the cottages are also clean and have quality bedding and soft furnishings. Guests can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub and the outdoor seating area.

Some guests experienced issues with the hot tub, such as it being empty upon arrival and a delay in getting it filled and cleaned.

The location of the cabin was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful trees and with a river nearby. the outside seating area was very nice, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. the bathroom was clean and the shower was great, providing a refreshing experience. the warm welcome by the owner was a nice touch and made us feel right at home.

The cabin had a slight fusty smell, which was a bit off-putting. Lastly, there were some maintenance issues, such as cobwebs and dirty floors, which could have been improved with proper housekeeping.

The location of the cottage is perfect, with a breathtaking view and peace and quiet all around. The cottage is spacious and fully equipped with functional appliances. The HVAC system works well, and the laundry facilities are perfect. Plus, we had a playful dog named Pecica who kept us entertained. If we ever return to Scotland, we will definitely stay here again.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

The location is serene and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the River Glass. The chalet is cozy and well-styled. The modern amenities, such as the good shower, boiler, and satellite TV, add convenience. The highlight is the huge Scandinavian hot tub next to the flowing river, perfect for ending the day.

We had an amazing stay at this peaceful riverside cottage nestled in a private estate. the big windows allowed plenty of natural light to illuminate the well-equipped cottage. the quality of bedding and soft furnishings was excellent, ensuring a comfortable sleep. the log burner quickly warmed up the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner. the wood-fired hot tub was a fantastic addition, perfect for relaxation amidst the stunning scenery. We enjoyed spotting wildlife like foxes, red kites, and hares. the owner was friendly and available if needed. We can't wait to return!

The only minor drawback was the lack of outside lights near the hot tub for evening use.

Beautiful location next to the river, surrounded by nature. the cottage was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a log burner. the wildlife was abundant, with foxes, red kites, and hares spotted. the owner was friendly and helpful, providing a rundown of the wood-fired hot tub. the level of interaction was just right.

Upon arrival, there was a slight confusion due to the absence of the main host, but it was quickly resolved by the helpful sister-in-law. the local shops were limited and expensive, so it's advisable to do a big food shop in a larger town before arrival.

One thing I absolutely adored about my stay at Kerrow House was the charming and cozy decor throughout the hotel. From the beautiful wallpaper patterns to the tasteful antique furniture, every corner had a touch of elegance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, such as the lounge and dining room, were comfortable and inviting, perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a meal. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be more attentive and accommodating. While they were polite, there were a few instances where I felt that my requests were not given enough attention or were not responded to promptly.
